The book explores the relationship between the dynamic phenomenon of Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Commitment.CSR and Organization Commitment are studied through the dimensions developed by Carroll (1991)and Allen & Meyer (1990) respectively. The research for this book was conducted on managerial level employees of various Pakistani organizations, in order to study their awareness about CSR and whether the CSR activities practiced by their organizations have any impact on their organizational commitment. The results reveal significant information that can be implemented for the increase of Organization Commitment through the use of Corporate Social Responsibility.
