Omschrijving
This study examines the cross-sector value sharing between a nonprofit and a business entity operating in Bangladesh through a number of case studies. GrameenPhone, a partnership between Telenor, a business corporation from Norway and Grameen Telecom (GTC), a nonprofit organization in Bangladesh, has been selected for this research as this partnership has become popular around the world for its success and, recently for a few of its disputes. To structure the research the study utilizes the analytical frameworks developed by Harvard Business School Professor James E. Austin. It uses the Collaboration Continuum framework to analyze how the partnership was formed and what the partner's relative positions are now. Then, this study uses the Collaboration Value Construct framework to evaluate the partners value sharing and evolution as a partnership.
